"The short version: Lauren is fantastic!!!
Long version: I met Lauren at an open house she was hosting in the Sunset. Cute neighborhood. I was. bit early and this guy asked if I was waiting for Lauren, I said yes. He blew up, was yelling that 'they're trying to make us fight over this place!". Really bizarre situation, apparently he's never been to an open house before. Lauren walked up and he had a hissy fit about how he didn't want anyone else to see the apartment, he stormed off and left. This guy apparently hasn't rented in San Francisco before. Throughout the ordeal, Lauren kept her cool and was very professional. I can't say I would be the same in her shoes.
Flash forward, I signed the lease a couple days later. Lauren was super accommodating with my early move-in requests and she made the entire lease signing very transparent and fast and easy. I couldn't be happier about that.
I reached out to her on a Saturday with some questions; I wasn't expecting a response until Monday but she got back to me immediately. Absolutely 10//10. Thank you Lauren for being amazing! The place is cute and I love my new home."

"Lauren was an absolute BLESSING in my home buying process. Some other agents I've worked with feel like they are pushing you to "fall in love" with a place so they can get done with your transaction, spending as little time as possible collecting real estate fees. Lauren is the exact opposite - she will spend as long as it takes to make sure you GENUINELY fall in love with a place and that you'll be happy for years to come. Two great anecdotes to show: I had checked out a house, Lauren had invested time on her own to meet the agent and ask her own questions, and I was ready to put an offer on this little fixer-upper - but I had some reservations. Lauren had all she needed to write the offer, but she first took a look at the trends for other places in the neighborhood. She noted that the house was geographically close to a really depressed market and that similar listings had not appreciated as much in the last handful of years as they had in other neighborhoods. She brought up that she didn't think it would be a good financial investment for me to set up roots in the area. I had planned to renovate the place, and she cautioned that I may not get the money out that I put in simply because of the location. She could have been done with me, collected her agent fees, and moved on, but she really had my best interest in mind and genuinely wanted me to find the right place. Next, Lauren DID find me my dream home - and she found it off market! Through some connections, she found a unit in the exact neighborhood I was looking for with the exact features I wanted. Instead of waiting for the unit to go to market and enter into a bidding war with other parties, she was a strong negotiator and convinced the seller to find common ground at a price point between what I wanted to pay and what the seller was looking for. In the end, I found the perfect house, and at a great price that was comfortable for me. I could not be more happy! Throughout the multi-month process, Lauren was unbelievably accommodating - she spent multiple late nights sending in offers, reviewing loan docs, and juggling the many priorities involved in buying a house. Lauren made it clear that no question was a dumb question and that she was here to help walk me through the process. Could not recommend Lauren enough!"
"Lauren is a gem! We had such an amazing experience with her. She is very professional and so warm. We worked with Lauren over several months, trying to find the right place. She gently guided us through the logistical, paperwork, and emotional processes involved in makings bids and buying a home.
